Description: Students will learn to texture and connect mixed metal circles with rubber O-Rings and micro hardware to create an unusual, adaptable bracelet.
Instructor will discuss and demonstrate tools, texture options and other connection methods, and the importance of unit construction in jewelry design.Materials Included in Required Kit: Copper, Brass and Aluminum sheet metal, aluminum tubing, micro hardware, micro driver, O-Rings, drill bits, riveting hammer.
Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: Notebook and pencil, Ruler, Portable Bench Pin, jewelers saw and blades, strong wire nippers, ball peen hammer, chasing hammer, center punch, steel bench block, flat file, sanding sticks, circle template.
