Dramatic Wire Wrapped Cuff,

Technique: Wire Weaving

Description: Students will learn two weaving techniques combining beads and wire to create a dramatic cuff. This show stopping bracelet has a core of 6 wires making it a substantional cuff.

Prerequisite: Students need a good foundation of wire wrapping skills. Multiple wires will be used simaltaniously - experience necessary.

Materials Included in Required Kit: 16g, 20g, and 26g sterling wire, ruler

Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: Flat needle file, cutters, round nose pliers, flat needle nose pliers. flat-oval focal bead(3/4 inch to 1 inch bead), 20 4mm-5mm beads, 10 2mm-3mm beads. optional: bracelet mandrel, drop cord, task lighting, magnification, raw hide hammer and work mat.
