Technique: Metal Clay

Description: Crochet fine silver wire to make a cuff bracelet that will then be embellished with metal clay charms. You will learn basic metal clay skills combined with the skill of crocheting with wire. Embellish the finished cuff with beads, fiber, charms, sequins or whatever your heart desires.

Prerequisite: must know how to single crochet

Materials Included in Required Kit: Precious metal clay, fine silver wire, clasp, basic metal clay supplies

Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: Teflon sheet or other metal clay work surface, roller, X-acto knife, 8 playing cards, needle tool, wire cutters, small paint brush or other sculpting tools. Optional: bring small cutters, texturing tools or rubber stamps, beads for embellishment
