ZigZag Bracelet,

Technique: Wire and Beads

Description: Make a bracelet with wire zigzags and wire wrapped clasp that will beautifully accent lampwork beads. Students will leave with both a copper/bone practice bracelet and a sterling silver/lampwork bracelet.

Materials Included in Required Kit: 44" 22g sterling silver round wire, dead soft 44" 22g copper round wire, half hard ½" diam. dowel 7 lampwork beads for silver bracelet " 7 bone or other beads for copper bracelet " bali or silver spacer beads for silver bracelet " Copper bali-type spacer beads for silver bracelet " Filler seed beads for copper and silver bracelets (if needed) " Jewelry Wipe " Instructions

Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: "(optional) Wire jig such as WigJig or Thing-a-ma-jig - NOTE: Jigs with plastic pegs won't work for this project. (Thing-a-ma-jigs will be available for purchase for $15 in class), bench block or anvil, chasing hammer (very slightly domed on one side, ball peen on other), ruler or tape measure, flush cutters, chain nose pliers, round nose pliers.
