Art Clay Silver and UV Resin Ring,

Technique: Metal Clay

Description: Students will fashion a metal clay free-form ring, add a design using stencil techniques, fire it, and then learn how to set colorful UV cure resin in the ring to create an elegant statement. Inclusions such as frit, CZs and copper will be available, as well as tools and UV lights.

Prerequisite: Some metal clay experience

Materials Included in Required Kit: 20gm Art Clay Slow Dry, 5gm Syringe, green nozzle, 14gm UV resin, UV resin warmer, stencil.

Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: personal lighting.
