Technique: Wire and Beads

Description: Semi precious stone, pearls and glass beads will be combined with wire and a special twisting technique to create this attractive necklace. Some students will leave class wearing their necklace.

Students must bring these REQUIRED MATERIALS to class: Supplies required by students: Round nose, flat nose, crimping and needle nose pliers and wire cutter. Work surface and light if desired (optional). 7 - 20mm flat stone pieces in oval, round or square shape; size 11 and 6 seed beads; 100 - 4mm fire polish; 1-2 strands of small - medium pearls; equivalent of 2-3 strands of other misc. beads or chips 4-6mm in size. Teacher will have materials kit for sale for $45 in class if you do not wish to bring anything along
